For kids of all ages, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo offers unique, hands-on opportunities to play, explore and learn about the animal kingdom.

Our youngest visitors can explore animal life through stories, crafts and games in our fun-filled Early Explorers preschool classes. Older children can join us for Pony Camps, seasonal camps, homeschool and scout programs that make learning about the Zoo and its animals a blast.

Teens who want to volunteer at the Zoo can assist our camp counselors to make a difference while having fun. And those with an ongoing passion for the care and health of Zoo animals can take personal discovery even further by participating in our internships, Zookeeper Shadow and Teen Programs.
