A leader in culinary arts from authentic & classic fare to cutting-edge cuisine, you can choose from one of our recommended menus, or we can work together to make any of your ideas a reality. Executive Chef Nathan Dirnberger and his innovative team of chefs are excited to put together a custom menu for you!
Formerly the Executive Chef at Nosh (downtown Colorado Springs), Chef Nate was Student Chef of the Year at Pikes Peak Community College 2010-2011, and is highly decorated and endorsed within the community. Among his many accolades are GOLD Best of the Springs Nosh 2011, Signature Chef of the 2012 March of Dimes, Master Chef Selection for Garlic Fest 2012, and 2012 SSA/KM Concessions Chef Competition 1st Place Team. During his education he made a reputation for himself by building teams, winning medals, founding the PPCC Community Garden, founding the PPCC Culinary Arts Club, and receiving the Star Chefs Scholarship. Chef Nate takes great pride in everything he does and together with his team they will take great pride in making your culinary visit to Cheyenne Mountain Zoo an experience to remember.
