Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, America’s ONLY mountain zoo, boasts the most breathtaking views the city has to offer. Lodge at Moose Lake
Centrally located within the zoo, this spaciously cozy & rustically elegant event space offers versatility beyond your wildest imagination. A stone fireplace & exposed wooden ceiling beams, retractable garage doors that open onto a private patio, and views as far as the eagle eye can see are just some of the selling features that make this space fit for kings and yetis alike.

Electric Safari Evening Rental $1800
Yule love it! Our little neck of the woods dons over 1 million lights & holiday festivities for your enjoyment during the month of December. Evening rental of the Lodge at Moose Lake, your very own winter sanctuary, includes Electric Safari admission for up to 200 guests (indoor capacity).
Safari Lodge
Nestled within the African Rift Valley exhibit, this African themed hexagonal hut is an intimate dwelling for you & your pride. Floor to ceiling windows, a private deck, & built-in meerkat co-hosts make this a perfect spot for any celebration.

Carousel
Perfect for one-of-a-kind wedding photos and teaching equine skills to toddlers, carousel rides are fun for all ages! Get dizzy learning more about the zoo’s historic Carousel.

The Loft
Swap knock-knock jokes with Mister the parrot or play tag with the tortoises in this interactive animal zone. Access to this area can be added to your All Zoo or Lodge at Moose Lake facility rental.

Animal Ambassadors
Kids and adults alike will swarm around our education
zookeepers as they present interactive animals such as
Elan the porcupine or the prairie dog sisters,
right at your event space.
Interaction with 2 animals for 1 hour $200

biofact displays are available. Inquire for details.
Animal Enrichment Demonstrations & Keeper Talks
Zookeepers enhance guest exhibit-viewing experience by providing animals with craving-quenching or boredom-busting enrichment. This does not include any feeding of animals by the guests. Set aside approximately 15 minutes, with time for Q&A at the end. Contact catering@cmzoo.org for possible animals & additional details.

Special Notes and Requirements
Catering is required for all facility rentals.
Site rentals with no catering will require a per guest surcharge to open food or retail facilities.
Daytime facility rental hours are 11am – 3pm.
Summer Evening facility rental hours are from 6:30pm – 9pm.
Shoulder Season / Winter Evening facility rental hours are from 5:30pm – 9pm
After Hours Fee Applies, per hour after 9pm $300
All events must end by 12am midnight.
